The Hollywood Astros completed their Cinderella Season by thumping the Miami Mariners 13-6 in the 28+ Division Spring 2021 Season finals held at Sunset Park December 12, 2021. Powered by two early inning home runs, including a GRAND SLAM, the Astros took a commanding lead and survived a late challenge to win decisively. Anthony Aragon, ace pitcher for the Astros, took the MVP honors.
Entering the post season as the fourth seed, the Astros beat the top seed Miami Amigos 9-6 in the semifinals to set the tone. The 2 Seed Mariners had outlasted the Miami Yankees 7-6 in extra innings in the other semifinals game to get to the finals.
